Le Biohacking ou "Do-It-Yourself (DIY) biology", s'affirme depuis 6 ans comme un mouvement singulier du génie biologique non seulement en raison de la courverture médiatique dont il fait l'objet, mais aussi à cause de l'intérêt artistique qu'il suscite (voir l'exposition "Bioacking: Do-It-Yourself" organisé au Medical Museion de Copenhague en 2013-2014). From her perspective as an anthropologist the interest in how non-visual senses (e.g., hearing, taste, and touch) figure in scientific research and knowledge production are discussed. Among these interests sonocytologists who record cellular vibrations, exploring how listening to cells impacts how researchers understand biological processes are discussed.

Kyle Kondas sits down with Neel Kar to talk about his time working at Infinity Ward where he went from Technical Animator to Lead Technical Artist for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare franchise and also Co-Directed the Cinematics for Call of Duty: Ghosts. They also talk a little bit about   some of the new art Neel has been working on.  

Artist-Activist Marcus Neustetter and Astronomer-Editor Roger Malina discuss the Rocket Factory project in Johannesburg; the ancient factory is being converted into residential units. Neustetter convinced the developer to creatively transform the project to create a unique residential space that is also connected to the imaginary of the place and its nearby residents.

Nan Gao talks about her professional trajectory starting from Mexico. She talks about the different research she has done in the neuroscience field across different cities. Nan, as part of the international women month, gives some advice to young girls who would like to pursue studies in the neuroscience field.
