Her 56+ years of life have led her from trauma, through addiction, to recovery and joy in a life that includes rather than excludes suffering. Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2000. She received her PhD in Geology from Stanford University. In her current incarnation as a yoga teacher she has been called a "Geographer of the Body."
