Since the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett, there has been talk from the left wing of the Democratic party about adding more justices to the Supreme Court. For more than 150 years, the number of justices has stood at 9, but there is a history of packing the court to fit political needs. Amy Morris reports from the Bloomberg 99.1 newsroom in Washington.
