Outsports ran a letter from a closeted Division I college basketball player who is gay, who is wrestling with whether he should come out. "I would like other people to see another gay athlete successfully playing in Division 1 athletics. I would like for a teenager battling the same things I struggled with to see that things will work out and to not stress about something that seems so major but is really something minor.
