I love Clayton Kershaw. He's the best pitcher of this generation and a pure joy to watch. But...it's October. Which means that Kershaw is distressingly...ordinary. On this episode, Sara Sanchez (Cuppa Cubbie Blue) joins me to ponder that if an entire month could be Kryptonite, October is just that for the three-time Cy Young winner. To mix superhero metaphors (and universes), it's like that moment in Spider Man 3 where Spidey loses his web slinging skills and faceplants hard onto the street. Actually, scratch that.
