Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering. There's no winning with emotions such as hate, anger, jealousy, and fear. (Although as we learned in Season 3's episode, The Value of Negative Emotions, there is a useful place for some of these feelings.) When negative emotions infiltrate your mind, how can you change gears? Creating space and changing your environment—getting out of your own head—is key.
